Hydraulic Body-Over-Wedge clamping jaws (Side-Load)

Flat specimens:
0-10mm, 9-18mm, 17-26mm, 25-36mm
Round specimens:
Ø6-15 mm, 15-24 mm, 24-32 mm, 32-40 mm


Safety:
The test frame with control cabinet complies 
with all the safety specifications according
to DIN 51233 and all requirements according 
to DIN EN ISO 7500-1.
The complete machine is delivered with an 
EC-Declaration of conformity and operating
instructions in accordance with the Machinery
Directive 2006/42/EC.
The testing machine can be optionally 
equipped with an impact-resistant, transparent
polycarbonate test chamber made of polycarbonate.

Control unit

As universal digital measuring and control electronics 
for testing machines, a Doli EDCi20 controller is used. 
This is installed in the control cabinet and can optionally 
be operated with a remote control. The control electronics enables a fully automatic test execution with 
given loading speeds for force-, position- and strain controlled tests.
With sensitive and adjustable break detection, the failure of the sample is detected early.
